why did I even bother

<p>I have two names and have since removed one (officially) from my records with DoHA, I then sent the new documents to OM asking them to make changes and clearly they didnt bother. Now this year I needed to add or make changes on my policy and I was called buy the name I no longer have, showing nothing was done last year and I mentioned this to the lady who was helping, she promised to look into it. When the new policy was emailed, it still had the old name, I told her yet again of this issue and that was the last I heard from her, I guess she cant care cause she got the deal, I also asked her to remove the annual increase on the new additon to be the same as the others, also, not sure if that was even done. Now I just got a letter and guess what, old name is still there. This is honestly horrible service and you know it</p>
