Why Canceling policy after premium is paid
Old Mutual canceled my policies while they were deducting money into my account every month, I reached out to them but they didn't not help me at all , even after sending them my bank statement. You see me doing business with them kill me. And I have been with them since 2011. Good people rather go to your banker n do policy with them

18 Sept 2024, 14:36Since the beginning of the year you were deducting money from my account, then I recieve an email of missed premium plus cancelation and funny enough out of 4, 2 was canceled the other were not canceled i then Iodged a complain, sending bank statement, then the 3rd one was canceled, and the last one I received cancelation email yesterday while on the 2nd Sep premium was paid for this last one, today you deposit R22 into my account. For what???????? I wonder your investigation will be helpful or will be just a waste of your time , cos I don't care anymore
