why are u still deducting and my policy is cancell

I'm no longer working and had to cancel my investment with u I was told by a lady at the town centre branch that I don't have to do anything I can leave it like that and when I start working again I can just pay on. Then when I got money paid into my account they pulled of. I went back to cancel the policy and they paid me out some of the money I invested. On saterday 26th sep I got a msg that they deducted money from my account again. Why are they still deducting money if the policy was cancelled and they paid me out.
