Where's the money

My husband has passed on and they put our kids money to the trust fund and the trust fund says it didn't receive the money. I have called old mutual several times each time they will call back or the case handler is not available meaning that if the case handler is not available my kids won't eat after all she left with the entire system including the money. I have to deal with these for months now and I'm soo tired. We need the money to live. Now we have to beg for it. Begging is not enough i have to crawl for it as well. Where's the money. Did it get lost in transit or they no longet in titled to it. Tell me so i can know that it's yours not theirs.
