Where is my investment payout?????????

I submitted all the required documents on 31 May 2022 . No one is attending to my follow up emails regarding payout on my investment. People must not invest their money with old mutual, this is not the first time they deliberately delay payout, i had an educational plan with them, when i cancelled it , they did this.
