When will you actually help me???

The worst service I have ever received from Old Mutual in all my life. This issue has been going on for 3 months already. My (minor) brother has a policy with Old Mutual and I am the one that took it out for him and paying it and am the beneficiary. Anyways I have been up and down to Old Mutual branches and on the phone with Old Mutual to surrender this policy. Old Mutual *****ed up in the first place and now we the account holders have to suffer. I once again submitted a surrender on the 9 October in branch and when i called in this morning to check the status nothing could be found. I'm sick of this pathetic service. I have given you all that you wanted now just pay our money out. I will never recommend you guys to anyone. I'm the one that has to go up and down to the police station and in and out branches as well as my money and time on the phone with you guys. You cant even tell me one thing. Every consultants story is different. I didn't know Old Mutual has different rules for each consultant. WHERES THE CONSISTENCY?????? Get your act together and HELP me not push me away and waste my damn time. I'm sick of this cat and mouse games.
