Dreadful illness cover was sold to us years ago and premiums were paid religiously until time to claim comes. Old Mutual has been ignoring our claims and emails fro months now, yet they continue to deduct from account for the same cover they decline to pay unfairly. Its been months now and our emails are being ignored. Is this cover a **** from old mutual.. policy no: ***, Old Mutual Enquiry [CLAIMS***4]
