When it doesn't benefit old mutual they are very reluctant to help

As a former employee of Old Mutual i am very disgruntled that they cant even assist me in helping me to get my U19 documents after sending many emails and using so much Airtime no one could come to my aid. people over the phones are so reluctant to help. all they can say to you is send an email knowing very well that they will not respond.
