When can I get my money ?
Old mutual has bad service. When they debit your account ,they debit on time but when you claim for your money they take more than their turn around time . I claimed money from my investment account in December. I went to the branch twice after my claim and still i haven't got my money . What am I supposed to do to get my money ?
