whatsap does not work !!! horrible service

Please assist with my complaint.

I have made numerous calls in the past few weeks, and no one seems to be able to help me.

I am unable to utilize your whatsapp 2pot function.

Each time I say HI I get no response,?

My cell number has not changed, it is still the same on the app and website.

My worry is that someone else might claim without my knowledge.

I have tried everything, and it does not allow me to use it, I have also not been able to view the funds I would get should I opt to withdraw.
