What's happened to Old Mutual??

Whoever looks after Old Mutual shares is letting them down sooo badly. I have tried for days to get hold of the Old Mutual Shares Division only to be told I'm second in the queue followed by I have to leave a message. The same message every time. So either Old Mutual has closed already for the year or something urgently has to be done about their telephone system!!!! It is soooo frustrating!!!!! And this to ask for a form that was promised WEEKS AGO!! Such a complete waste of my time becasue somebody couldn't bother to do their job ......... or they're 'working from home'. Pathetic
