What we have here is a failure to communicate!

Sho guys, I'm exhausted... Done emails, sent to call centres, tried call me backs, sent to more call centres, still no answers... Still no replies to my email follow-ups... Eish, if i could, you know I'd pull my kids policies! Ps. Which for some unknown and unacceptable reason, still cannot be linked to my OM profile?!?!
