What the hell Old Mutual?

I am extremely agitated with Old Mutual! I have called in and went in several times to change my deduction date of my policies, my surname, address and also to cancel one policy. Till today they deduct on the wrong date and my details have still not been updated. They did not want to refund my money i payed for my policy when i went in to cancel it after they deducted the wrong date again, to add on all this happened before the real deduction date was due. My salary date changed and thus this whole scenario resulted in extra bank charges and policies that is in areas now. Going into a branch is not something people really have time for these days only to be send back because you do not have all the correct documents as they do not really make it easy to make changes or access your OWN policies.
