What is the DEBIT for?

My mum passed away and her policy with you was paid out. My dad was paying for hers and his. After the pay out, Old mutual debited his account twice and the email address just takes forever to respond and provides stupid answers

I really don't understand what they are saying. I am not the contracting party for your mother's policy. I was merely paying her premium. The government has allowed individuals a total investment of R500k or R30k per year, so I am totally confused with this response.

Further, then why did they settle the contract, if I am the contracting party? I would appreciate a call from Tesna to explain this to me and they are expected to contact their clients annually.

Should I not receive any communication from them then I will lodge a complaint with the Ombudsmen.
