WHAT HAPPEND TO TCF????

I have on numerous occasions requested for the retirement policy to be cancelled but to date I have not heard back from old mutual and I was forced to place a stop payment on my account...so the question I ask myself is...what if I should pass away would my children wanting to claim also be treated this unfairly????<br> <br> Myself and my husband have money invested with old mutual as well as our life policies and our will and I am sorry to say but I am disgusted with the level of service ive received from OLD MUTUAL . <br> <br> I need for you to send me all the policy documents for all the policies we have with old mutual , <br> <br> Then finally I need my money to be refunded to me for the retirement policy I know it's not much but it is the principal behind it and I am not going to complete any more forms because as you will see attached the forms that was sent to me on two occasions were incorrect , I did by the way return the forms to old mutual but to date still await a response so I don't want another *********** person sending me the incorrect forms
