What do I need to do to have my premiums reinstated!!!!!!!

I have completed the appropriate forms to have my max investment policy ***6 reinstated 2 MONTHS ago but unfortunately my request has fallen onto deaf ears. Not only have I been calling on a weekly basis to check on the outcome of my request, I also completed another request application. I was told that I the waiting period is between 5 to 7 working days. Dispite my tireless efforts to get assistance from Old Mutual, I still have not gotten any feedback back them. it's almost end of the year, I would like like my daughters education policy premiums to be reinstated as soon possible. Old Mutual... What do I need to do to have thus policy reinstated.
