I app**** for a loan with old mutual the consultant was Audrey who administered the application via telephonically and was approved for 200k after submitting payslips and bankstatements I was told that the company I work for was not registered with themj therefore it will take days to have the company registered with them.

After the company was registered I was told the approval got dropped to R50, 000 and if I still wanted she would finalise the application which she did and send me the contract to get it singed which I did and approved the Debicheck...

Days later she send me the email saying the application got declined without even telling me the reason why I was declined after everything was done...

I need an apology and a reason why they had to decline after what I went through, and later to be told it was declined without a reason just like that..
