what am I paying you for???

I have been with old mutual since 2012 I was recruited from Sanlam where i was happy and paying a reasonable amount of money for exactly everything the i asked for and signed for. Now old mutual is making me pay a lot of money for things that I don't even need and they cannot even explain to me what it is that i am paying for all i need is closure so that i can move to a better company knowing what they ******ed my money for. They just throw my schedules to me without any explanation...and what is on the schedule and amount they deduct from my bank account is different
