WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

i have been trying to get a loan for a while and placed an AD on Gumtree and was referred to Awonke. I sent him the information for pre-approval last Saturday. Monday I was pre-approved for R30K. I was then contacting him during the week and asking what is the next step. He said that on the Credit Bureau my Employer's name was TEMO and not TEMO Consulting and he was waiting for head office. I sent subsequent e-mails and no response but that wasn't the problem. Yesterday, Friday he phoned me to come sign the document and give me the news that because he changed my Employer details my score dropped and I now qualify for R15 000 and not the original R30 000, that was the message and it is recorded so you can hear. I get to Kenilworth, not only was there a queue, that is understandable. I then come face to face with Awonke and he sends me to Capitec Bank for Original Bank Statements, I return with said Bank statements. He then asks me for a current Pay slip, and he needs my husband's Bank statements to prove that I don't pay for the Bond. It is on mine. This is the WASTE OF TIME PART. Respond by e-mail, Expected Professionalism from OLD MUTUAL for goodness sake. WHAT A LET DOWN.
