What a terrible experiance

<p>I log an request last Thursday (24 November 2016) that Old Mutual to send me my last IRP5 and i was told the lead time is 3-5 working day and i get my document. its been more than 9 days and nothing has been send and each time i phone i being send to pilar to post.</p> <p>Please escalate as i am very not happy with this king of service.</p> <p>Ref: ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Vusi Hlanjwa</p>
