Wendy Johnson does not exist.

WENDY JOHNSON is a fictitious worker at Old Mutual. On 28 June 2022 I received a mail from WENDY JOHNSON about my unclaimed funds in the Datakor Pension Fund. In the mail she said that the money will be paid before 1 August 2022 and that I should contact her if not. But then she disappeared into THIN AIR!! I have since then tried to contact her numerous times via e-mail or phone. She never answers anything. She simply does not exist. I called every other department at Old Mutual, hanging on the line for hours, costing a fortune in airtime, without success. Everybody I speak to says Wendy Johnson is the person I need to speak to, but nobody knows how to reach her. Even people working at Old Mutual cannot reach her. Apparently she is the ONLY person in that department! Which I believe is bull. How can there be ONLY ONE PERSON in a department? Old Mutual is purposely keeping my money so they can make more money. HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS?
