Thank you for the quick response and assistance. It turns out it is the browser which is the problem. Would your IT staff be able to put up a warning on the site that your website is "most compatible with Internet Explorer and might encounter login problems with browsers such as Chrome or Firefox". This could help reduce people's frustration?
