We need quick and sufficient service.This 48 hr e-mail process is time consuming .
I have been trying to get through to their call center for days (5)and have been left holding for longer then 30 minutes ,I'm not even exaggerating ,Then we have to leave a message and communicate via this e-mail system which doesn't help, because even when I get the reply (days after) I still have questions and am forced to call again(with no answer ) .This system of theirs is really time consuming and I still have not been assisted .Can Old Mutual hire more staff if the calls are overwhelming ,as a customer I need service immediately not after 48 hours as suggested . I could go on but I am just really disappointed .This is the call center number i have been calling : ********** 000.
