We ignore your instructions

<p>For some reason Old Mutual refuse to debit my account for my policy as per my instruction. I requested debit orders to be done on the last day of the month as this is when I get paid. For some reason Old Mutual is determined to debit my account on a date of their own choosing and it is always before my salary goes in. Come on, It's not rocket science to input the correct date for a debit order instruction. </p>
