We have a problem with our providential fund mone

We registered with old mutual pension funds for me and my staff ,the problem started when they stop deducting money for our account we deposited all the money but they decided to stop without any reason and promised to pay me all the money I deposited I have been call Grant Peterson to pay all my staff their money back but we not getting any respond
