We are in need of help

Im deeply dissapointed with the Old Mutual Super fund.My Dad passed away last year on the 7th of November and mind you he was the breadwinner.We submitted all documents that were needed in 3 weeks and till this day we have not recieved a cent.My mom is unemployed and we litteraly have nothing at home,she is in so much debts right now coz she is borrowing money from peole for us not to go to bed on empty stomachs.They told us the money will be in our accounts in 5 days and till today we are waiting.When we try to call the guy who was handling everything he doesnt answer our calls.Im really scared that we will loose our mother due to stress...Please help
