Watch out if you're an Ominsure Client

I've tried to claim from Ominsure's 3rd Party Claims Department. They came back with the usual 40/60 apportionment case law that has absolutely no resemblance to this case. The Client accepted full responsibility and still they came with this groundless usual insurance scape goat Venter/Dicson case! From a R25 000 claim they are only paying out R951, after many weeks of trying to get this resolved with ominsure. So they can't even do maths! Now the client that was supposed to be protected by the insurance company, is being sued directly!! Think twice if you're insured at Ominsure!!
