Waste of time

Second week now I have rushed from work to get your office open as I need to submit some items and make a withdrawal from my savings. When I do get to your office, either the system is off or the office is closed already 20 minutes before 17h00. I have contacted your number and toll free number numerous times, and was on holding line for more then 30 minutes each time. Debits go off on time but I don't receive the service I need.
