Want to cash in my savings policy

I took a savings policy 3 years ago with old Mutual. I have been trying to get a hold of them via watsap, email and call centres with no luck. I need to cash in my policy. Kind urgently make contact with me. I have been trying to get hold of them of 3 days already this is pathetic.
