Want to benefit on clients behalf bad service

I request an investment of 5yrs with them, when they sent me a summary of the policy I noticed that the made it 10yrs so I request them to amend the policy they said they will call me. On the 19 August their agent call and said he is transferring to the department that deals with this matters then placed me on hold till the network ended the call.

All the want is do what they want or benefit them not the client be careful with them. They know after sometime the will be penalties which will benefit them when I cancel later that why they prolonging the process
