Walter Sisulu University employees turned away

My husband works for Walter Sisulu University and for the passed 2 years we have been trying to get a consolidation loan from Old Mutual with no luck. Walter Sisulu University staff get told that the University is blocked on their system. This is puzzling because I am certain that many WSU staff members are Old Mutual policy holders. I understand that they were blocked 2 years ago when they were on strike but come on! Why not cancel their policies and refund them their premiums as well so they know never to bother you again.
