Waiting period
Last week on Thursday 17 November 2022, I withdrew my policy on the website because I needed the money urgently. I was told that it takes 3-5 working days to get the payout. Only when I went to the branch to confirm my withdrawal on Monday was I told that I needed to fill in some forms to confirm my withdrawal. I just received an SMS saying my waiting period starts today.
