Waiting forever for a payout

I submitted a claim for a disinvestment on 24th March. It is now the 5th April and the funds have still not been paid out. I called the call centre and I was advised that it will take another 3-8 days. This is ridiculous that I have to wait this long for my money to be paid out. If the funds are not paid into my account before end of business today, I will be taking this matter further
