Waiting for Policy Payout

I have sent in my Protektor withdrawal forms on the 16th February 2016 and I am still waiting for payment it's been over a month nothing has been done, at first it was my tax directive but it has been received from SARS and nothing was done about it, I had plans for the money over this period and have given enough notice to allow sufficient processing still waiting for it and had to continuously follow up and to date the money has not been paid and it has defeated the purpose I wanted to use it for.
