Waiting for payment

My reference is ***7/R002621D I received via SMS from you guys on the 06/01 I then called on the same day and was advised that will receive my payment by the 15/01 today is the 17th no payment has been received. Can someone come back to me and tell when will the money reflect on my bank account I don't want to deal with your unprofessional Client services.
