waiting for more than a month on my refund of my policy that i been cancelling

Good evening ive been trying to contact u bt no response whn i do...im complaing again ive 1st make a policy open on behalf of my aunti n uncle so for both ive been paying 3months so i fobe old mutual cz i wanted to have info on my policy...i 1st find out that this consultant jolene dat help en me c dd do it wrong cz c make my aunti the bennifisary bt the 1 open and paying for it...it not even the policy holder...so ive fobe them a guy help me cnt remember...his name he fobe me so he n my aunti was on the fone doing the cancellation .so he told me that my policy is finnally made right...i must wait 2-3 W.days its been more than a month still nothing im carmelita Vanrooi
