Waiting for funds payout
I have never had joy with Old Mutual, their service needs improvement. 1. my previous employer submitted documents for superfund withdrawal in Dec 2020 and to date I have not received a payout. 2. I disinvested one of my previous investment in September 2020 and to date I have not received my funds.
When I call I am holding for assistance until I give up. Old Mutual, please get your act together and service clients with diligence and respect.
