Waiting for a death claim for my late daughter for 1 year 5 months
I lost my daughter on 21 August 2021 and we submitted everything to old mutual to claim for her pansion fund. She left me with a 9 days old baby girl and a 12 year old boy. My grand children have been suffering since I don't get any income on my side. Everytime me and my elder daughter who is the owner for this account we try to follow up we are told the same thing that money is ready for payment. What type of claim is this? Why does it take this long?. It seems like no one is willing to assist us. What should I do with my grand children? Or must I bring them to your offices?
Please attend to this because I've been patient enough with you guys but the service you giving us is very poor.

12 Sept 2023, 10:29I am even disappointed more than before the 1st review. I was called by old Mutual consultant by the name of Anele after the review I created. I was told that there's money that needs to be transferred to me, I was even told the amount the old mutual ****** me with. Anele requested me to go and open a Capitec account as they were not going to be able to transfer to my African Bank account. I wasted my time and went to the bank to do it.
I've been following up since then and Anele informed me that there are actually 2 payments that I was ****** by old mutual with and the lawyers were still busy with that. I followed up again and was told that the money is with the department that will tax it. Last week he told me that I should receive the money within 3 days.
Today when I followed up Anele is telling me a different story that there is no money that needs to be transferred to me. Clearly they already ate this money. They are ******. I wouldn't recommend old mutual to anyone. Imagine my late daughter's soul is not resting because of this. Her children are suffering while she was paying them. I will expose you guys on social media.please investigate this Anele guy as well is he legit? Please call me on *** because this is my daughter's account.
