Waiting 40min x 2

Waiting 40 min for the second time today to talk to a consultant. If you have volumes, why do you not employ more people. Use some of the money that you inflated my policy with. I emailed you as well, no response. Please don't ask who my consultant is as he does not respond as well. This makes me wonder if my wife will ever see my death benefits? Lets see how long it take for you to call me.....tick toc...tick...toc
