waiting 4 months for provident fund payout

<p>my documents where sent to data factory on the 30 march 2016 and was recived by old mutual on the 17 Mei 2016 and still waiting for payout was told a week ago that it was at tax and then payment will commence then i phoned last week friday then was told they need a divorce degree sent it to them and they have had it since they recived the documents this is really bad service. every time i phone there is a different story </p> <p> </p>
