Vulnerability to sensitive information

I have mentioned numerous times that I do not wish to receive any notices via post due to sensitive information being easily available to any passersby but still I receive mail via post.

I just received an investment letter on the 20th of May 2022 with all my details and that of the matured investment on a letter via post. The surprisingly scary part was that the letter was dated 14 January 2022.

This is really unacceptable, what happened to using my email address? You use it all the time to send me marketing mails but when sensitive information is concerned it comes via snail mail which is vulnerable.

Please update your systems because this isnt the medium which I agreed upon for my correspondence.
