I changed from bank - send Old Mutual all the info - still they send me a letter for non payment - I phoned them and request account details to pay double payment to give them time to change my banking info - 4 months later no reply - got two policies for longer than 17 years. Is this bad service or just a way to collect money for years and tell you that you have no cover. I did everything they requested even new re-instatement forms First time 15 June 2017 second time 10th August 2017. Seems like they prefer taking money with false intensions
