VERY, VERY VEEERRRRYYYYYYY DISSAPOINTED IN OLD MUTUAL STAY AWAY!!!!!

Since February I lodged complaint that I noted my wife's life cover amount has been removed!! They aknowledge it has been done "accidently" they will escalate to the relevant department for investigation!! With numerous calls and mails still absolutely nothing!!! Makes one wonder about the educational and level of expertise of one's that you trust with money you pay for peace of mind!! I would never ever trust them, stay away from Old Mutual, common word nowadays we will "escalate", but months later still no call or mail that my policy has been corrected!!! This I take as ***** from their side, you can not change policy without the client specifically asking to do so in writing and signature, VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR CLIENT SERVICE WHICH ACTUALLY DO NOT EXIST!!!!!!?
