Very Very Bad service Old Mutual

I was working for a specific company and I resigned 2021 April, so I requested Old Mutual to cash my pension funds since well I am not working for that company anymore. they explained to me that according to the contract I will only get the money at/after 55year, Ok, then I asked them to transfer to the current insurance I am using now , then I went to the branch but they also failed to assist, they say there is no way I can transfer or cash the money. I don't know anymore . I used to work different companies and never had problem when I resign its either I cash my money or transfer, now is almost a year but no luck from Old mutual.
