Very very bad service - No customer service at all

Old Mutual got no customer care. I have been trying to disinvest my policy with no luck the past month. After a lot of phone calls, i am back to square one, thats is now where. Please assist me urgently, Old mutual is quick to deduct your monies every month but to give it back. The call centre can close because its got no purpose except to waist my money and time. Please assist Old Mutual Reference -#HS***6#- - Old Mutual Enquiry --CCCPE***9-- ***6 - Old Mutual Enquiry --CCC***4-- Disinvestment - Old Mutual Enquiry --CCC***3-. Is there anybody in Old Mutual how can help, I dont know because i will never ever use them again.
