Very very bad service and rude customer service representatives

Very very bad service and rude customer service representatives, this provident fund payout was due end of November 22, I have since followed up weekly and every time I call I get a different response, I am at wits end and dont even know if this will make a difference, it's really not that difficult. Can someone please just address the issue and pay out the funds asap. It's not even that much money to begin with, but I keep hearing they are waiting for SARS to know what tax to apply before paying and in the same breath I am advised that SARS takes 48hrs to respond. What the hell.
