Very unprofessional!

Old mutual is very unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone. I have been waiting for them to refund my money as it have canceled my policy with them and they keep giving me the run around!! Submitted my ID copy as well as proof of deductions as they requested but I still have not received my money! This company does not take clients seriously, even the previous consultants I spoke to are not empathetic! I hope no one else falls for this trap!!
