Very unhappy with service from OLDMUTUAL

Hi!! I am currently experiencing the worst service with oldmutual. I had a 2pocket savings with Oldmutual and due to covid i told them i could not go on with it an needed to withdraw... I have been paying this since 2014. I first contacted them on the 4 September 2020 and they asked me to send documents which i did, To this day i am still waiting for OldMutual to tell me when they will be paying out my claim. I have sent numerous followups but nobody is coming to the party.
