Very Unfprofessional

I was at the Old Mutual Stellenbosch branch yesterday (2.2.15) to speak to someone regarding my 3 policies I have with them. I leave the office at 16:00 PM and make use of public transport and only can only get to the branch at 16:30 or later. I asked to speak to the lady who deals with policies. She was called, I explained my situation to her where and she kept on saying \I close at 15:45"numerous times and even suggested \""Why don't you work through you lunch hour and leave work earlier\"" which I want because already we leave at 16:00 PM daily therefore we do not take lunch. She was so rude and unfriendly and unprofessional then she said \""well then you have to come and see me on Saturday"
