Very slow process
I had a retirement plan with my previous employer and requested a pay out from old mutual on my retirement,last week Monday l was told its on the final steps of the process waiting on finance department to respond,l called yesterday l got same story but was told its being escalated no one bothers to give me feedback,this morning l called and they say the same story,l need those funds urgently,somebody please help!!!!Memberno:B618167B
